He has created and led small and medium sized businesses since 1972. He has served leaders and teams in times of change, transition and growth. He brings both business savvy and strong interpersonal and coaching skills that have made him a valuable asset to many organizations. He is known for his integrity and commitment to those in his life. Fred has served organizations like Willow Creek Community Church, ShoreBank, SN Perspectives, Goodman Audio, Christian Life Center, Oaks Fellowship, Pathway Community Church and Business Advisors.

Troy has natural leadership, vision and creativity that pushes those around him to try new things and go where they might not have gone. His early years of development at Willow Creek Community Church were the fuel that propelled him into multiple areas of ministry and secular business where he trained people, led teams, coached organizations and provided strategic development. His desire to launch people and organizations toward growth and creativity is what has allowed him to develop several areas of skills and abilities. Troy has 20 years experience as a creative designer/consultant in all areas of communications and has served organizations like Con Edison of New York, Willow Creek, Qualcomm, Utech Consulting, Alta Resources, Bellin Health, Plymouth ROCK Studios, U.S. Army and several non-profit organizations.
