CHANGEffect is made up of storytellers, strategists and designers who are passionate about designing brands that connect with culture and reach people’s hearts. We get to dream big, think long term and then connect dreams with reality in tangible ways. We love what we do.

We’d like to take this opportunity to introduce you to a few of our team members. Most of our team members add value in several areas, but each of the people highlighted below provide leadership in one of our strands: story, culture and expression.

Story Team

It takes a lot of work to write a good story. Research, creativity and strategy all come into play. That’s what our story team does. They love to spend time getting to know organizations, always looking to uncover the goodness—the unique goodness—within every organization. Then we craft the words and the strategy to tell that story to the world.

Culture Team

Don’t confuse “culture” with “cultured.” You won’t find any Beethoven lovers or tuxedo owners. What you will find on our culture team are people willing and able to walk alongside you to make sure your internal organizational culture is aligned with your goals. Great at listening, exceptional at reading a situation and knowing what needs to happen to make it all work—that’s our culture team.

Expression Team

Colors, images, creative elements. If you want to express your story in print or on the web in ways that motivate your audience, these people can get it done. Designers extraordinaire, Photoshop savants. If visual ideas were illegal, these people would be pushers. And did we mention that we can produce your video and your event as well?
